This License Agreement is between Knoxxx and or DJBLK [Your Name Here] ("Licensee"), who has purchased the music file of the Knoxxx instrumental or DJBLK BLK Beats "[Beat Title] - Produced by Knoxxx or DJBLK.  Knoxxx, DJBLK  and Licensee agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1.  Licensee shall have the worldwide, non-exclusive right to sell up to 2,000 units, broadcast on the radio and perform publicly the song they create with the Knoxxx and or DJBLK instrumental.  Licensee may also use the song they create with in any non-profit projects. The Knoxxx and or DJBLK Instrumental must be combined with other audio (with lyrics) and not be just the instrumental alone.

 

2.  Licensee shall have the worldwide, non-exclusive right to synchronize the Knoxxx and or DJBLK Beat and with visual media (only their music video that pairs with the song created). 

 

3.  Licensee agrees to pay Knoxxx and or DJBLK the one time purchasing fee.  No royalties will ever be owed.

 

4.   In all Projects in which the Knoxxx and or DJBLK Music is used, Licensee shall give credit in substantially one of the following formats: 

 

"Produced by [Producer's Name]"

"Beat by Knoxxx" "Beat by DJBLK"

"Original Music by Knoxxx" "Original Music by DJBLK"

 

5.  This License is granted for the length of the copyright term (the author's life, plus an additional 70 years after the author's death).
